We specialise in family homes, farm homes, lodge designs, office architecture and commercial design. In terms of residential architecture we are determined and inspired to create unique, modern and livable homes that suite the individual needs of our clients.
Housing in SouthAfrica has become very boring and mundane. New buyers have very few choices and must in most cases accept whatever the developers put in front of them which is mostly more of the same. Our buildings have been limited by un-inspired building materials and methods and mundane planning layouts. Space in all its functionality has become without wonder and imagination.
At AI Design we wish to turn the tide on this trend by creating positive family homes and inspired and exciting residential and commercial architecture. We are motivated by unique international solutions for housing which have not yet reached our shores for the most part. As a global community we feel that SA has lots to learn from other countries and we wish to plant the roots of change in our architectural landscape.
